A Rare Sight

Spiders are usually a frequent visitor around our house in the fall.  They build their webs around our outdoor lights and throughout the garden.


This year is different. I have no idea why. Do the stinkbugs keep them away?  We've had an abundance of those!  YUCK! 


If anyone else out there living in southeastern Pennsylvania is experiencing the same lack of web spiders I'd love to know.


So when I saw this guy, not the typical one I see around the outdoor lights, in the garden I snapped away.

  1. I don't like spiders. But I have so say this one is pretty cool.
    I heard on the radio this morning that Georgia is getting invaded with stinkbugs. They are looking for a place to spend the winter.
