Halictidae Augocholoropsis

This is the proper name for this little bugger.  Green bee is so much easier to pronounce, non?  Credit to the president of my Vermont fan base who found the correct name.  Props to you Mark! Mwa!

  3. WOW! OMG! These are the most striking and interesting macros I have seen in a long time. What a fab job you did with the shooting and the use of light. I would love to have these hanging on my wall to study and study. I do not think anyone could ask for more that what you were able to capture in these shots.
